CNA Practice Test ("we," "our," or "the app") is a mobile application dedicated to preparing users for the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification exam. We take your privacy very seriously. This privacy policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what your rights are.

CNA Practice Test does not require you to create an account, log in, or provide any personal information (such as name, email address, phone number, etc.).
All data generated by your use of the app is stored solely on your device using Core Data and UserDefaults. This includes:
Your progress in quizzes and levels
Your scores and test results
Your preferences (theme, language, sound, vibration)
Your study statistics (streak, tests completed, readiness rate)
This data is never transmitted to our servers, as we do not operate any user-account-based cloud storage.
No Tracking or Advertising
The app does not include any advertising SDKs or third-party analytics tools that could track you across other apps or websites.
We do not share any data with third parties, including:

Diagnostics
In-App Purchases
Any optional purchases (e.g., unlocking premium content) are processed exclusively by Apple through StoreKit. We do not receive any payment information (bank details, credit card numbers, etc.). Subscription status is managed in accordance with Apple's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Data Security
Although all data is stored locally on your device, we take technical measures to protect the integrity of the app:
Any potential communications (such as purchase verification) are encrypted in transit (SSL/TLS).
The app is designed to operate without external access to your personal data.

Data Deletion
Your data is removed in one of the following ways:
Uninstalling the app: Deleting CNA Practice Test from your device will erase all locally stored data associated with the app.
Clearing app data: You can also clear your data through your device settings (Settings > Apps > CNA Practice Test > Storage > Clear Data).
Children's Privacy
Our app is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
